We frequently work with Department of Defense agencies that include: Departments of the Army & U.S. Marine Corps and other ancillary defense accounts like Internal Revenue Service, Forest Service, Department of Homeland Security, and Department of Transportation. A position on the Carroll Communications team requires high levels of engagement with government executives. Relationships at the senior levels of government and top-level systems can require an ability to obtain a DoD clearance.

Requirements

  • Active or past security clearance is a plus, but not a requirement.

  • Overall responsibility for a region’s sales. Ability to develop and implement a comprehensive strategy that maximizes Carroll International's opportunities across all products and product lines.

  • Sells and promotes the sales of Carroll International partner’s products to customers including negotiating price, other concessions, and terms and conditions of the sale. Participates in strategic and tactical planning for the territory. 

  • Conducts weekly progress meetings with the vice president.

  • Manages and controls activities in multi-functional areas or sections.

  • Ensures appropriate operational planning is effectively executed to meet Corporate specifications.

  • Minimum five (5+) years experience within the technology industry.

  • Demonstrated leadership skills.

  • Effective written and verbal communication skills, ability to present to large and small audiences.

  • Ability to negotiate price, other concessions, and terms and conditions.

  • Strong quantitative, analytical, and conflict resolution abilities.
